I have decided to start a new blog to follow my interests in coin collecting. As this is a pretty focused field that few people would care to hear about, I opted not to post primarily on the home blog.
My primary interest is silver US Coins prior to 1840. These include half dimes, dimes, quarters and half dollars. Dollar coins were also minted, but are prohibitively expensive for me at this point.
My oldest coin is an 1810 half dollar.
