W. David Perkins is currently offering the 2020 Extraordinary Capped Bust Half Dime sale featuring selections from the Stephen A. Crain collection.
I had a short list of wants from the Fixed Price List which was substantially listed at the PCGS Retail Price Guide. The top coin on my list was being offered at a $75 premium over the $350 price guide. It was a stunning 1835 h10c LM-10 PCGS AU58.
I decided instead on an 1832 h10c LM-8.4 PCGS AU50.
The filling of E1 is the confirms that this is an example of the 8.4 remarriage. I am now on the hunt for an 8.2 and an 8.3 to complete the remarriage series.
